Your day begins with a jeep transfer from Hvar Town (or from your villa) to the highest peak of Hvar Island, St. Nicolas, standing 626 metres above sea level. The ride from Hvar Town takes about 45 minutes. From the parking spot, a short 15-minute climb brings us to the summit. Here, you can enjoy stunning views while your guide shares fascinating insights and fun facts.
Next, you'll embark on a downhill hike towards the seaside village of Sveta Nedjelja. Our trail follows an ancient path that once connected the island's north and south coasts, serving as a daily route for people, donkeys, and cargo.
Along the way, we'll visit a cave dating back to the Neolithic era, where an Augustinian monastery and a small church were built in the 15th century. Although the Augustinians left the monastery in 1787, and the church was used for another 35 years before being relocated to the village, only the monastery's ruins remain today, while the church is fully preserved.
The hike continues down to Sveta Nedjelja, where a short boat ride will take you to Cliffbase. This hidden gem, primarily a climbing base, offers a variety of activities rarely experienced by tourists. Enjoy wine tasting in a private cellar, followed by a lunch made from local ingredients.
Afterwards and before your return journey, don’t skip the opportunity around Cliffbase for excellent cliff jumping and sea kayaking in crystal-clear waters.

- The hike down to sea level is steep and not recommended if you have knee or ankle injuries.

- If the temperature at the summit exceeds 30°C, the duration of the Experience will be shortened.
- Transfers to and from your villa are subject to additional cost.
Terms
For bookings of this Experience made more than 60 days in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
- The remaining balance payment of 50% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment no later than 60 days before your arrival date at your villa.
For bookings of this Experience made 60 days or less in advance of your arrival date at your villa, the following conditions apply:
- Payment of 100% of the total booking price (including all fees and taxes) is due for payment at the time of reservation.
