Booking your villa through Hvar Away couldn't be simpler. Check out our step-by-step guide below, or click the links provided for more comprehensive details.

When planning your holiday, ensuring everything meets your expectations is paramount! To guarantee this, we suggest consulting our knowledgeable team on Hvar regarding your preferences and requirements. They visit our villas regularly and are eager to answer all of your questions, offer valuable insights, and steer you in the right direction.

BOOK YOUR VILLA ONLINE

Once you've made your villa selection, the simplest way to book is directly online from the villa page. The process is very easy: simply choose your desired dates on the availability calendar, specify your group's composition, review the displayed price, click on the "Book Now" button, and proceed with filling in your details and making payment via our secure site following the provided instructions.

Please note that a small number of our villas are “request-only” and are not available for instant online booking. If your chosen villa does not display the "Book Now" button and instead features a "Send Request" option, kindly submit your request, and we will respond within 24 hours to confirm your reservation.

On each villa's page on our website, you'll find pricing and up-to-date availability. Simply use the calendar feature to see which dates are available and note any applicable minimum stay requirements for your chosen period. Review the pricing, and if you're ready to proceed with booking online, simply click on "Book Now". If you prefer to discuss your options before booking, select "Ask A Question" or reach out to us through any of the alternative contact methods.

Once you've sent us an enquiry or villa request, a member of our team will promptly reach out to provide personalised expert guidance and information. Additionally, they can place a temporary hold on the villa for 24 hours while you confer with your family and friends.

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

Whether you book your villa instantly on our website or via a manual payment link for our request-only villas, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Shortly after, you will receive a further email containing a link where you can download your unique Reservation Confirmation document with all of the details of your stay.

If you have booked your villa more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will pay a 30% booking deposit. The remaining 70% balance will become due 60 days before your arrival, and we will send you a reminder in good time before it’s due.

If you are booking your villa 60 days or less before your arrival date, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking.

Payment of both the deposit and the balance is to be made in euros (EUR). You may pay this online by credit card – or, on your request, by bank transfer. Please note that we will never share our bank details in the body of an email. Should you request to make a payment to us via bank transfer, we will share our bank details via an attached payment request document.

MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR HOLIDAY

Once your villa stay is booked, we’re at your disposal to start assisting with your travel plans and any extra services you may request. Let us know about:

  • Your flight arrival time
  • Your desired room configurations
  • If you need a travel cot or highchair
  • If you need a rental car or transfer to your villa
  • Any other in-villa services (chef, massage, pre-stocked groceries, etc.)

We are ready to help you with ferry timetables (you wouldn’t be the first to get confused!) and how they will impact your check-in time at your villa. For any paid additional services you request, we can generate payment links for you to use to make secure online payments with the click of a button.

YOUR VILLA GUIDEBOOK

Once your balance has been paid, you will receive your villa guidebook. This contains all the information you need about your villa, the surrounding area, and our recommendations. We will send it to you via email and/or phone so that you can easily share it with your group members.

In addition to your ongoing pre-trip contact with our team, we are available to provide any local assistance you may require during your stay – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And with Matt (our co-founder and expert tradesman) overseeing property maintenance, any issues are swiftly resolved, leaving you free to enjoy every moment of your time away, completely assured.
