Each villa in our collection is personally inspected. No property enters the collection until Elisha and Matt have seen it for themselves! The homes we select are top of their class in terms of quality, design, location, character, and amenities – all in value alignment with their price.
Numerous agencies list properties on their websites without ever setting foot in them. Some upscale platforms have resorted to employing AI algorithms to vet properties for compliance with their standards. However, we approach this differently. Many of our villas are exclusively available with us, so you won’t find them through any other companies. This means we are the only keyholder to some of the island’s most iconic and sought-after villas.

We only collaborate in this way with remarkable hosts whose villas achieve our regular quality audits and with whom we work closely with to ensure that everything is perfect for your arrival.
On-island property support
Our co-founder and skilled tradesman, Matt, leads the maintenance for our villas and keeps them in top shape all year round. Throughout your stay, day or night, he stands ready to address any maintenance or repair issue you may run into. Never more than a phone call away, Matt is dedicated to keeping your holiday free of any niggling problems or practical worries.
